What we collect when you book, why, and who sees it. Short version: only what it takes to get you and your bike in the gate.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and email, your dates, how many of you there are, and what you’re riding — so we can hold the beds and the yard.
- Payment status and references from Razorpay. Card and UPI details go to Razorpay, not to us.
- At check-in, the ID details the law requires us to record (and Form C for foreign nationals).
- Messages you send us through the site.
Why
To take and manage your booking, send you the gate code and updates about your stay, issue GST invoices, meet legal record-keeping duties, and answer your messages. We don’t sell your data and we don’t send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
- Our staff, to run your stay.
- Razorpay (payments), our email provider (to send your confirmation) and our hosting and database providers — each only as needed to provide their service.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Messages and waitlist entries are deleted when they’re no longer needed.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to hello@example.com or use the contact page.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work (for example, to keep staff signed in). No advertising trackers.
